What is Max Deviation? In a perfect distribution, every number rolls exactly 16.666...% of the time. Max deviation shows how far the most over-represented or under-represented number strayed from that perfect ideal. As sample size grows (Law of Large Numbers), deviation approaches 0%.
Note: Capped at 10^8 (100,000,000) rolls. Doing 10^12 in JavaScript synchronously would take several days of CPU time.
